State Appeals
Appeals may occur after the litigation phase of a case ends. No additional discovery occurs and the record of the appeal is a repetition of what was presented during the trial. Appeals are presented to a panel of judges. Decisions are based almost entirely written briefs provided. During an appeal, the procedure and strategy issues differ from that found in other types of litigation.
Appellate law requires a knowledge of the law that is born only through rigorous study and creativity. Trust your appeal only to a diligent draftsman. Please contact The Law Office of Keith J. Bruno online or call 866-973-2999 to discuss your needs more fully.
